Writings on talent management

Ed Lawler, SMHC Task Force member, and director of the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California, just published a book: Talent: Making People Your Competitive Advantage.  He will be making a presentation on strategic talent management at the SMHC Task Force’s first meeting on July 21, 2008.  His colleague at his center, John Boudreau, also published a related book called Investing in People; Boudreau’s writings are on the strategic management of  human capital in the private sector.
